In 2017 I collaborate with the Italy women’s National water polo Team 7 Rosa, silver medalist at the Rio 2016 Olympics, trained by Fabio Conti. The themes of performance, stress, respiratory warm-up, recovery between a time-out and different types of work were discussed.
